Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

Pre-order products will be dispatched once stock has been received and released.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services where possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and selected delivery option.

Current UK shipping options may include:

  • Express Shipping

  • Insured Express Shipping (for higher-value orders)

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

Packaging

All products are packaged securely to help protect items during transit.

Higher-value orders may receive additional protective packaging and insured shipping services.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at tentenbreaks@outlook.com with your order details and any relevant photos so we can investigate the issue.

For damaged parcels, customers may be asked to provide photographs of:

  • The outer packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Internal packaging

  • Damaged items

In certain cases, customers may also be required to return the item before a refund or replacement is processed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

International Shipping
