Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Sealed products must remain sealed and unopened

  • Items must be returned with original packaging where applicable

Please do not send returns back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The order contains a verified fault caused by us

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at tentenbreaks@outlook.com

For damaged parcels, customers may be asked to provide photographs of:

  • The outer packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Internal packaging

  • Damaged items

In certain cases, items may need to be returned before a refund or replacement is processed.

All orders are packaged securely and shipped using tracked delivery services where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Personal break products

  • Live break spots

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Products marked as final sale

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of their refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once dispatched.

Break-related purchases and live break spots are considered final once purchased.
